Cardio Blast is an indoor cardio workout for those days you just don’t have enough time to do a long cardio session. This workout moves away from the traditional cardio session, usually consisting out of long jogs or slaving away on a cycling machine in the gym.  In this workout, you will do a variety of explosive exercises for a certain amount of reps. You can repeat these exercises for 2-4 sets, depending on your personal fitness level.

Jumping Jacks -60 reps

Butt kickers -60 reps (alternating)

High knees  -60 reps (alternating)

Mountain climbers – 50 reps



March on the spot – 60 reps (alternating)

Burpees – 15 reps

Run on the spot – 30 seconds running on the spot

Side jumps – 30 reps (alternating)
