Baking a Malva pudding was always something I thought of as too difficult, something you leave to the mothers and grandmothers who grew up in the kitchen. Until I saw this little lifesaver in Woolworths whilst browsing for a desert to take to dinner. I wanted to bake a pudding, so this easy to bake Malva pudding seemed to be my next best bet.
FOLLOW THE EASY INSTRUCTIONS
ADD MILK, JAM AND WOOLWORTH’S MIX AND WHISK IT ALL TOGETHER
GREASE YOUR BAKING DISH
MAKE THE SAUCE WHILE IT BAKES
After following the easy steps I was super chuffed to see that I baked my first Malva pudding and it came out perfect.
At first I was sceptical to see if the “easy bake” would really be as easy as advertised. But I can confidently say, “if I managed to bake this, any one can”. I enjoyed following the steps until it was time for my first pudding to come out of the oven.
There are a lot of different “easy to bake” options at Woolworths. Try one and tag us using the hashtag #SunkissedBlogSa.
