No more FLABBY February

Welcome to the first workout post of 2017. I will be posting a workout routine on the firts day of each month. It will be easy to follow and you will be able to do it in the comfort of your own home. For the FLABBY February feels after the festive season, I’ve decided to kick start thing with a full body HITT ( High Intensity Interval Training) workout. The workout consist out of 12 exercise, use 1 minute per exercise;  40 seconds sweat time and 20 seconds rest.  Follow the given order of the 12 exercises and repeat 1-3 times depending on your fitness level.

1. Push ups


2. Mountain climbers


3. Donkey kicks


4. Jumping jacks


5. Bicycle crunch


6. Sprint on the spot

7. Tricep dips


8. High knee jog


9. Squads


10. High knee run


11. Plank

12. Speed skaters
