Maybe it’s leg day

“Maybe it’s leg day”, is this month’s workout routine. The main focus of these exercises is to tone the lower body. It’s often a joke in the fitness industry that people tend to forget leg day. Hench my inspiration for Mays workout routine. You can do these exercises in no particular order, deciding on the amount of reps and sets according to your own fitness level.

Sumo Squats

Single leg Squats

Jump Squats

This is an explosive exercise. Try your best to push yourself up as high as possible.

Curtsy Squat




You can also do this while walking.Take a look at walking lunges from #sunkissedbody workout 2.

Reverse Lunges

Instead of taking a step forward you will now take one backwards.

Side Lunge
